Mobile Connect allows you to connect to anyone
with a laptop at no cost to your connected client
or coworker!
Connecting is easy because Multipoint Extension uses downloadable
client that allows you to send an Outlook invitation with a link, just as if you
were setting up any other meeting. It’s as simple as sending an email to your
client or coworker’s laptop!
If you are using your PC laptop, you still have control of your video conferencing
experience. Mobile Connect still allows you several options as a laptop user.
You can:
- View the conference in several layouts
- Have total control over your microphone and speakers, with
the ability to mute both - View presentations and data in a small window or full screen
- See a roster of everyone on the call
- Text chat with anyone else who is a Multipoint Extension client
- Moderate the conferenc
